shows/ idk

hey guys.... uhh.. well heres the deal for the next couple of weeks.. we know we havnt been out there playin shows in the last 2 or 3 weeks,... well its the end of the year and finals and shit are getting in the way, and alot stupid shit thats been happening.... so for the last week or so.. we've been starting to write alot of new/more of what were looking for kind of stuff.... lol if that makes sense to any body.... ok so were gunna be writing alot and so.... we want to get a good 3 or 4 songs down (new) so that we can give you guys something new next time we play... and ya... so.... we WILL be scedualing shows in the mean time... the space told me to call today so i think i might do that... and this wednsday (empress ballroom booking day) im gunna be calling empress, were gunna try and book it for soon, cas if we play witha big named band then we need to sell ALOT of tickets so we want it to be wen we all have free time to sell tickets and promote and stuff..

im sure most of you have been to Empress but thats it any way.. (dont know who they are, its just some random picture on the front page)

well thats pretty much about it, we have two new songs down,. and like 8 more coming..lol.. thanks alot guys.... probably b bak in like 2 days to write some mroe... keep commenting.. or what ever..

pictures and good stuff

heyyyyy guys..

the two acoustics are now done.. not that anyone cares.. but i do..lol uhh.. the demo is actually pretty much done.... someone took pictures of us at the underground if you were interested in seeing them..

that is chris and all of us chris's huge self trying to have a stage presence on the 13' by like 20' stage the webster has.lol

we all know what kyles playing..lol

thats about all for now... the new stufef is just today being converted to mp3 so hold on still sorry guys...

possible show at empress ball room with "as tall as lions" and "slow coming day" who are AWSOME ...

if i call on wednsday and noone has taken that show then were set.. and so dont get your hopes up but 50-50 we'll get the show if no one else took it then 100% but any way. also were booking at the space on the 30th which is when i was told to cal.. to book.. so keep that in mind too.. thats actually about it.. thanks guys.. see you soon..or talk to you or what ever ... -steve

new stuff

i know.... we havnt updated for like 6 weeks, but we HAVE been busy..

aright well this is whats up..

we just finished the "electric" or "full band" or w/e the fuck you wanna call it stuff..

for the prees kit/ ep-..... and tomoro at 10 a.m. im goin to record the two new acoustics.. and if i get the tracks of just the music from, heavy lift then im gunna take it sumwhere else to do just the vocals, cause i didn;t have like any time to do vocals the way we actually wanted to... but dont worry ill go bakc into the studio for 12 hours if i need too cause thats what i like to focus on,

and im FUCKING pissed cause i hafta buy some mp3 converter thing so i can put the -ep- on purevolume , we'll figure it out though.. hang in there, and if your too lazy than just buy one ? at the next show which is ....... whenever we scedual it...

GOD we have been canceling shows left and right , because of f-ing issues, sux, but what are you gunna do.. its no ones fault.. so were working hard to think ahead now .. new shows should be coming soon.......

all i can say is that we WILL be piking up the slak here for all the shows we bailed on, because of like parent issues and school.. we WILL make it up.. i jus emailthe space actually ... so that should be good.. we'll keep you updated..

you guys are definetly gunna love the new stuffffffffff

heavylift/brand new

recording at heavylift music in uhhh... ,well on saturday..lol.. 12 a.m. - 12.p.m.... its going to be really funn though..

ok now for the webster.... IT WAS FUCKING BEAT...lol it was all shitty and stuff.. i hated that place ... SOOOO bad... these two ladies were like our sound people and they did NOT know what they were doing.. and i didnt wanna b like.. HEY BITCH TURN IT DOWN...the stage was like the floor in my bathroom without the sink...it made me like want to pack up and leave.. so it put me in a really bad mood.. the underground makes me appreciate the space more than ever.. ok enough bitching cause i dont care and neither does anyone else....brand new was really good though...

ok.. uhh.. recording the -ep-/ press kit on the 24^th at heavylift as i said up there ^ ..

the acoustic recording should be done by the end of this week as well...

just some new stuffff..recording

hey guys. ya some new news.. we are recording at heavy lift music recording studios..( as i alredy said in last entry) soon.. in new haven ct.. its going to be a two song -ep- but also including the already recorded, "victory rose" and "angel eyeZ" new acoustic which i will be recording with. ex band mate travis"his requested advertisement..last entry..."

were also working on getting merchandise, for thebrand new show.. but im kind of skeptical about that because i do not have a clue how im supposed to make a design And have it created in 6 days..but im working on it..

also.. were almost GARENTEED show at empress ballroom..we almost scedualed a show the other day at empress with "as Tall as Lions" which are on brand new's record label..

so yes look forward to a show at _^Empress ballroom.. for like a list of what bands have played there go to the site.. the link is above.. in blue where it says "empress ballroom" .. senses fail, from autum to ashes, etc.. a bunch of other good bands..

uhh..,( we wrote THE three best songs ever all for you guys who come out to ALL of our shows...)) as you all know the -ep-'s called Momento mei....and you can all buy it at our shows.. obviously we wont have it by the brand new show..BUT the guy from heavy lift.. said that we could be in the studio as soon as the ^17thapril, which meens we would have a totally MASTERED -ep- by the end of that week, ready to sell and hand out as a press kit..

we are also sending a press kit ^demo to a record label called capitol records ..yellow card 's record label... and we are also, sending a demo too .. fall out boy,less than jake, punchline,AND yellow card's label "fueled by RAmen" .... exciting stuff....

i have one last thing to say, and its important..(b4 i leave) ok here it goes..

ok...any one who actually HAS tickets to the brand new show.. we all know your not gunna wanna leave your houses early to get to the pre-party..so we all know thats not like on your priority list for the day.. we know your all there to see brand new.. and believe me im excited as HELL to see them too .. ive been hearing some shit that like "people dont come for the opening bands" and that all EXTREMELY pissed me off..lol.. cause, the biggest part i was excited about what, to have a big croud seeing as its the webster..and its awsome...lol the reason for the concern is cause...we love giving you guys a great time and without you being there we cant..lol (obviosuly) and also, cas we know that its not actually are show. like when we played otherplaces, all the bands were on the same stage.. everyone knew about it..and it was all good..but this show is different ... so i was kinda wrried about that shit.. we have put together, a REALLY REALLY good/exciting, just like THE best set we could possibly, come up with.. we have been writing such good stuff, all to give everyone a good time so it wood suck if you wern't there, mybe im just hearing stupid shit.. mybe the people that are telling me this went to the "wrong "show lol so if u could PLEASE come out early doors open at 6:00 check the site just incase.. thanks guys...(i know thats ALOT of bitching,)

hey guys sorry for this "interuption" but umm.. i gotta say sumthing before i go on about the band..

who ever you are "jimmy" your trying to tell me that we've had "200" ? bad comments was it? ya well jus to let you know just incase you were wondering..
we have had two.. one being your loser ass, who has nothing better to do.. he other one is stil posted dum ass... so for you to say i delete all of them is a fucking crock of shit.. another thing.. the comments that i DO delete, are the ones i get from these random ass holes who have nothing better to do then talk about .. screwing baggels?? WHAT IS THAT.. its retarded thats what it is.. the only bad comment i deleted was yours, ACCIDENTLY by the way.. you can write the same bad comment if you want go ahead.. it wasnt a mean comment your just one of the people who doesnt like us.. sorry to delete your comment ... we respect that.. w/e post what ever you want but then once i ACCIDENTLY delete your comment dont come back bitching about it.. just dont come bak.. as simple as that..

one more thing, before i go back, talking about important stuff..
if you dont like the band why are you wasting your time commenting or even listening to a song.. it only takes 20 seconds to figure out you dont like a song,... just click ( x) its as simple as that.. if you hate the song.. WHY POST .. is the question.. everyone ... included people not from the band.. have i-m,ed about deleting the tag borad period cause stupid people keep posting about like.. porn, and bagels, and just stupid shit that doersnt even pertain to anyhing i can think of let alone the band..

NOW for the band.. this weekend we had practice.. we wrote another really good song.. i like it alot.. you'll here it at the show.. everyone who actually got tickets before the brand new show sold out, show up as early as possible, under my skin, and dead letter promise are joining us for the pre-party... be there early i think doors open at 6:00 for the pre-party and right after the pre-party's over you all get to enjoy brand new!!!... come out early, and see as many of the bands in the pre-party as you can.. we are headlining the pre-party so you'll probably catch us...

NEW SET,, hasnt changed much but still a little different,,

Recording, after the brand new show, and we'll have now a FOUR song -ep- two songs are getting recored out of the studoo so it wotn cost that much money and then two WILL b recorded in the studio which is gunna cost us like $200 for 2 songs..,

BRAND NEW .. SHOOW COMING SOON..20 DAYS!

April 15th w/brand new ..... Hartford ct..

EXCITED TO PLAY THE WEBSTER THEATRE, and i know your all excited to see it, umm.. i was wondering if any one knew where we could get t-shirts made, cas we want to have merch for all those who want it..might b scedualing another show at the space soon.not sure when .....steve said call back soon. which meens we will be soon

so look forward to that.also a few changes might be made, becuase some of the band members are sceptical about the two"Early November" songs, so we might be playing a senses fail cover instead, or hidden in plain view maybe, alot of possiblities. if any one has like a song that they might want us to play leave it in the comment section,. and we'll take that into consideration possibily..

other wize bands doing fine everythings good.. we actually found a recording, studio.. and are gunna record a three song -ep- after the brand new show we should get working on it...

keep listening/ reading and supporting.

hey again its steve.. umm i havnt updated in a while.. i think......hmm well. some recent news, chris veres first paractice with us,, went great, 3 new songs down, we have been writing alot for this upcoming brand new show,... ummm... were also looking fro a recording studio to record a 2-4 song -ep- well so i hope.. there will definetly be two songs hoping for four BUT recording at a studio costs so much money .i want to cry...

this ep will be being used for a press kit and also to hand out to who ever wants one......for $ . ha....umm.... looking to book alot of shows for the next up-coming weeks after the brand new pre-party show...

--for all who are interested, this our set for the pre-party, most of these songs r VERY VERY new and dont have names yet, so bare with me until saturday.---

Another update here.. o ya yesterdays update isnt really yesterdays i jus UPDATED it today.. so ys jus lettin you know..

New pictures from kyles mom( some professional photgrapher ) should be coming very soon, we will post them on the new pure volume site AND on this journal and also on the progressing band website me and kyle will be working on and posibly finishing this saturday,....

umm... .. the show at the "space" could be possibly canceled, but you never know( but probably) AND for all of you who need tickets the "brand new " show should keep calling the webster theatre EVERY DAY.. and they will tell you if the promoters have handed back any tickets so you MIGHT be able to get tickets...MIGHT.. dont kill me if u cant... so keep checking..

nothing really going on with band just wanted to tell you all that stuff about the brand new show, jus incase you were desperate for tickets, which you should be..

DEFINETLY GO TO OUR NEW PURE VOLUME SITE ME AND CHRIS HAVE SUCCESSFULY CHANGED THE LINK FROM FAREMONT TO "Victroy Rose" ( actually iv'e just been informed that it might take up to 7 days for them to "approve" the site so just check back everyday, and in the mean time just keep looking at the faremont site).c ya ..

ALSO, if you'd like merchandise, just hold on for a little while because, we are trying to make designs for stickers/ t-shirts. and the photo guy who does the discography for "taking back sunday and "brand new, might be helping with the discoraphy / photos....( interesting fact i thought)
